Players don't spawn in set spawn #31

I need some help I have set up the fjp spawn but for some reason the players still spawn at the essentials default spawn. it still makes the fjp noise and displays the message but doesnt spawn them where I want. thanks

Did you increase the delay as instructed in the FAQ?
