potion effects on heavy disapear instantly #16

i use this plugin with pvpguns+ and in my config i have the SLOW.1.forever but for some reason when i choose the class the effect apears for a seccond then disapears

Using the default class configuration and the heavy class, I am unable to reproduce this. It is most likely a plugin conflict of which the other author will need to fix.
