Simulations of post-burnout flight for experimental datasets #5

experimental datasets without vertical/horizontal separation of v and a can't have their whole speed counting as vertical once they go over to the airbrakes sim. It makes the simulated vertical drag in the post-burnout simulated ascent with airbrakes far too big

If actually wanting to simulate airbrakes using Prometheus experimental data as the data till burnout, note that flight data has no vertical vs horizontal velocity data, so would need to use the speed and change of height with time to separate them out. Possibly use the velocity not being 0/the acceleration not being -g at apogee to help determine the horizontal motion. Not a priority at all. Also note that there's a delay in barometric sensor data on the order of 0.8s, as it takes some time for the pressure in the rocket getting to equilibrate with the pressure outside the rocket
