rotate axis is not correct in Maya #302

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. import rotAxis_issue.abc
2. compare rotate axis values of "ISSUE_NODE"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
rotate axis of imported .abc is different from the original value

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.1.2 and v1.1.3 in Maya SAP 2012

Please provide any additional information below.

It appears I fixed a similiar problem with regular rotate here:
http://code.google.com/r/millerlucas-dev/source/detail?r=2dc3f75b31ed

I don't have the option to set the rotation axis like that though.

Giving this to Francois temporarily for help triaging with Autodesk.

It is most likely either a bug in AbcImport, or possibly Maya.

Further guidance is needed.
