Does not seem to work with 2017.3 EAP #22

The plugin never shows in. It worked fine before.

Doh. I've played with it for quite some time and couldn't make it work. Just after posting I glanced over the This plugin shows name and Win/Mac shortcuts of any action you invoke (View | Descriptions of Actions) description in Plugin Repository. I must have accidentally pressed the shortcut and disabled it.

So, it's fine. Everything works.
