Don't require opening the app to do backups #18

We should do a background daemon of some kind that looks for the connection of backup drives and automatically backups when it's smart to do so.

Most users won't want t open Tardis or leave Tardis open to do backups.

Depends on #17

This makes sense. I think it makes sense to have the main ui be the view for restoring backups and initial setup.
