Stats not working (more off than on) #204

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
It seems the past few weeks the stats are not working more often than they are.
Sometimes it loads stats for 3-6 random tanks but otherwise they seem to not
work very often now.

US server
XVM version 3.1.2 (not a beta release)

The WoT XVM Proxy command window shows "Exception: System.Net.WebException: the
remote server returned an error: <502> Bad Gateway"

Sometimes I can completely close the game, then re-open it and the stats work
for 1, maybe 2 battles and then it drops out again.

I checked my router (WRT54G with DD-WRT) and no logs or reports there show any
interference from my network or ISP.

I play 4-8 hours most days and the stats are almost never working. Occasionally
it may show 1 or 2 with the skill stats but otherwise it hasn't worked for
weeks now.
Using 3.1.3-test4 the only stats that it displays is total battles and win
rate... but the regular stats itself still is not working for 99% of players.

I cleaned off all xvm traces (fresh install of Win7 recently after installing
SSD), tried xvm-stat and its not working. Cleaned that off and did clean setup
with 3.1.3 and still not working. It displays the win rate and number of
battles but no stats.
Checked my router logs and it shows nothing being stopped, blocked, or timing
out. Checked Windows Firewall and it is turned off so not blocking anything.

use {{eff}} macro instead of {{e}}. You've installed test version, this is the
new formula for per-vehicle efficiency, that is in development now.

I have the res_mods for XVM 3.1.3-test4, and when I start xvm-stat 1.1.0, I
still do not get any eff stats...

I checked through every line of the XVM.xvmconf and every efficiency related
macro is set to eff... Yet the logs for some reason still show "e" instead of
"eff"...

I am not sure what else I can do to get it to work...

with 8.2 update and 3.2.0, everything is working normally again... must have
been a bug with 3.1.X code
