crew loader: grey "Battle" button after using auto transfer

After using the auto transfer crew ("Put best crew", "Put same class crew" or 
"Put own crew") the "Battle" button is gray and I need to change to other tanks 
to update the "Battle" button. Would you guys mind to make a auto refresh after 
using auto transfer crew because I missed 1 CW when I tried to make fast 
transfer and click the "Ready" or "Battle" buttons without checking it.

We need xvm.log and python.log.

1. start game
2. reproduce this issue
3. close client
4  send xvm.log and python.log (you can use pastebin.com)

PS: are you sure you have all crew members in tank when "Battle/Ready" button 
was grey?
