I have already installed Pootle instance. Only need a little tuning :)

Some proposals for XVM (not actually needed, but will make translation process 
much easier):
1) add support for l10n/<lang_code>/xvm.xc scheme
2) add support for .mo/.po (AS3 implementation

Since r3301 XVM nightly builds (trunk) use translations from translation server 
for all languages except English and Russian.

Let me known if something went wrong.
