Stellar is difficult to navigate #297

I attempted to exchange the XLM crypto from my CoinBase wallet to Gate.io and in doing so, it was sent to the XLM website where I have no account. I don’t understand at all what I’m looking at on their website. How can I retrieve my funds and send them back to my CoinBase wallet?
