Restore custom horizon backend feature #564

PRs:

Allow the user to set a custom horizon address and soroban RPC address by clicking a custom network button.

This was there in previous versions for the horizon address only. So restore this and add soroban RPC. Additionally remove the old prefill addresses selector as those don't appear to be commonly used anymore.
