Bing still not working in Vivaldi #765

Hey! Bing still has InvalidRequest in Vivaldi. Probably because Vivaldi is using spoofing to pretend being Edge to access Bing AI.

Yea I have tried it. Works fine in Chrome and Opera

After testing, it is indeed true that Vivaldi behaves differently from other browsers, but I cannot find a specific reason or setting to fix it. I suggest you use a different browser.

我也用Vivaldi，chathub之前的版本是能正常使用Bing的，这是什么原因

I don't know if this is the case with Vivaldi, but the declarativeNetRequest rules are getting dropped after the browser is restarted. This bug is tracking this issue in the brave side and there is a work around as described here: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/30854#issuecomment-1696642903
