Allow switching stream quality #5

Dctv streams support 3 qualities: -source -high -low

Twitch streams support qualities: -source -high -medium -low -mobile

stream redirector supports 'source', 'high', and 'low' stream quality. i added support for both dctv native streams and twitch.
