Bug: unable to use scroll bar when using custom css #148

I tried disabling everything still no luck, The scroll bar behaviour is wonky. any help would be appreciated.

@abroojalil Despite my sincerest intentions, I am unable to help you without having a sample of the non-working code. Please provide a repro and clean description what is going on.
