Implement the .NET SDK or the client library

The .NET SDK must support the following basic operations:

• [ ] Acquiring EntraID token as a daemon app
• [ ] Acquiring EntraID token via user flow
• [ ] Resilience
• [ ] The signalR negotiation in the presence of Entra ID
• [ ] Create group based on the suiteId and spaceId
• [ ] Conclude spaceId and suiteId
• [ ] Hook up the standard SignalR events like closing connections, etc.
• [ ] Hook up the necessary system-supported events implemented in the server side
• [x] Build pipeline and its YAML file

Important notes

• The implementation of this library must support NuGet package deployment
• It'll be great if we can implement a Blazor Web App to demo this library
