Refactored the profile list.html with some conditionals to properly display information based on whether the user has paymenttypes added. Also had to refactor the profile_view and split up the queries with some additional logic to make everything related to paymenttypes in the profile to work properly.
Added an add payment button to the user profile...It will display whether or not the user has paymenttypes already saved. When the button is clicked, it will take you to the AddPaymentForm template. After filling out and submitting, the paymenttype will be saved to the database
Steps to Test
Go to user profile, add a payment type, when you check user profile again it will show that paymenttype. Can also check it in DB-Browser
