요구사항

Api 엔드포인트들에 맞게 Api utils를 생성해주세요.
아직 Request에 필요한 데이터와 Response로 받는 데이터가 정해지지 않아서, 이부분은 any로 남겨둬주세요.
추후 타입이 추가되면 타입에 따라 맞춰줘야합니다.
