Improve Notifications

Some ideas:

• More types of notifications
• Different settings per type (color, position, time), default settings to apply if no custom settings are set
• More possible positions (like center of screen, over the program)

This has been moved back a bit due to not having made much progress recently.

With whispers now being a thing, I would love to see an option to enable toast/audio notifications specifically for whispers, i often find myself missing whispers :(
