Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.
If using the WhatsApp Cloud inbox, all templates are synced automatically and you have to sift through a bunch of sample templates (which unfortunately can't be deleted from WhatsApp Manager through Meta Business Manager) to select and use your own custom templates.
This clutters things up and can be confusing, especially if you have similar templates that you created.
Describe the solution you'd like
A quick and bandaid solution for this would be to block templates that start with sample from syncing. However, this doesn't exclude one of the sample templates (called issue_resolution) and does not provide the user with much control.
An even better and more efficient solution is already provided if using a BSP such as 360dialog (through their dashboard), and can be implemented within Chatwoot:
Add a template management section (called Templates) to the inbox settings of a WhatsApp Cloud inbox, which would show a list of all templates and a checkbox (true or false) next to each template name to select which templates are made available for use.
Additionally, I would suggest this enhancement:
In the template selection popup of a conversation, add an option to filter templates by language through a dropdown, which would make templates easier to find and use for those who have multilingual templates.
