Allow transcript to be copied to clipboard with a one-click icon

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe. We wish to use the chat function with our existing IT Service Management tool (Freshservice)

Describe the solution you'd like An icon at the top of the page to copy a timestamped transcript to the clipboard so it can be pasted into a another ticketing system.

Describe alternatives you've considered We can use the option to email a transcript, but it takes time for the email to pass through the message filters and sometimes they get held by Mimecast, which means additional manual work to release them, plus, as pointed out by someone else, those transcripts are not timestamped.
