Dialogflow integration doesnot support dialogflow knowledge base feature #7640

Describe the bug

The dialogflow es has new feature knowledge base . The chatwoot integration with dialogflow is currently not supporting that.

To Reproduce

  1. Add knowledge document in dialogflow
  2. Integrate dialogflow with chatwoot.
  3. Bot doesnot responds with questions which matches knowledge base in dialogflow.

@vineetp Can you please share if you have gone through the steps described here?

@pranavrajs Yes I have gone through the steps described in the integratons and the integration is working smoothly. But the knowledge base feature of dialogflow in not still supported by chatwoot.

Seems knowledge base still doesn't work while the Dialogflow ES does show knowledge response in its diagnostic.
