Allow different trim options for the incoming messages of email inboxes

Scenario:

• Customer sends a mail to the support. The mails contains bullet points lists, line breaks, and paragraphs.
• The mail is received in a Chatwoot inbox.

What we do not like:

• 🚫 The whole mail is trimmed into a single line message making it hard to read/understand.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to customize the trimming and the way external messages are formatted before being displayed in Chatwood inboxes.

We could add an option to configure the email trimming, that could be :

• full : current behaviour, this timm the message to the maximum only keeping visible text.
• text: trimm the message but keeps line breaks.
• none: do not timm and keep the initial text/html (but is that supported to be displayed in an inbox)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Half of our messages in chatwoot mail inbox are from forms.... We have added a **************************************************** between form's questions/fields to make the answers more visible but this is just a quickanddirty solution. Nothing we can do for messages that are not from form; if the mail is too long and formated, we read it from outlook and not chatwoot as the display is not readable due to the excessive trim.

If you want a screenshot, here it is. The original mail has multiple lines (10+) and ended up all timmed.

What do you mean by "won't remove line breaks" ? AFAIK they are actually removed.
