How to get a verified facebook account #8918

Is your feature or enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

When creating a facebook / instagram / meta messenger, names appear as John Doe. This is due to the app not being verified, according to this post.

When getting the meta app reviewed, you have to explain why we need the permissions listed here

Some are straight forward, others are not. Such as pages_read_engagement feedback

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like some explanation in the docs on how the permissions are used by chatwoot. This would make it far eassier to get the app verified by facebook.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Trial and error. On my second review now. Still trying to figure out what to write to get the app approved.

Perhaps we could add a link referring to mentioned discussion in the docs? The mentioned discussion contains wealth of knowledge regarding being accepted by Meta.
