When receiving a document type file. The file name is always "file" + extension. It should be corrected to display the actual name of the file received also in the WhatsApp app. IMG_0927

@fernandescontabilidade Can you please share the version of Chatwoot you are using?

And also on the API it doesn't seem to share the original name. We are taking the filename from the file downloaded from the API, so I don't think we could do anything different here.

Problem in file received name only.
