Hello People.

I write to request Backup Service to chatwoot to me is a essential missing feature in chatwoot to example linux or other hosted services.

Chatwoot need Backup service to example S3 or S3 compatible services including all configuration data , users and postgresql databases.

This feature resolves majors issues in examples if script no update properly or missing or server damage is possible restore the information and back easy to continue the support and no need reinstall and configure all.

I would also be interested in how to do a manual backup. I have a caprover instance running and hate deleting data. Which folders do I need to preserve the conversations and configurations? 27GB appears to be overkill for the few hundred conversations this instance holds.

Interested in manual backup step as well. How can a software with 16k GitHub stars, not have backup steps written in some form at least.
