Plugin does not work on Juno (4.2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download current Juno release from Eclipse.org
2.Install the plug in
3.Try to use it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Trying to change settings in 

A) Using the checker:

select the checker from the context menu of a Java project, 
Checker Framework → Run Nullness Checker // or any other
should start the checking process

B) Adding checkers-quals.jar does not work, at all.

Checker Framework → Add checkers-quals.jar to project

should add the Jar file but it doesn't

C) Window → Preferences  → checker framework should open a setting window

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

A) Nothing, not even an error

B) adding the Jar does not happen

C) Nothing but an error 

Please provide any additional information below.

Please add a note to the webpage / readme file that Eclipse 4.2 is not 
supported by 
the plugin.
