In the screenshot above I used the SVG save feature on the website and built my own toolpaths. I 'think' I was able to get it right doing it this way. I used pocket toolpaths for the rabbits and needed to expand the boxes on the front and back outwards to get a 1/8th cutter to fit within it. That was the only modification I made.
I tried a thicker stock (1/4") thinking that maybe I'd hit an edge case due to really thin plywood (1/8") in my earlier example. There appear to be issues with the outline toolpath in this example too though.
It looks like carbide create did change the format. All of the pocket toolpaths are being interpreted as a weird inner+outer outline at the same thickness of the rabbet, instead of just a simple pocket.
I'll have to ask the C3D devs what their new format needs. I reverse engineered the C2D format on my own three years ago, so I'm not sure if they're willing to share their specs or not. If it's something quick I can change my tags to generate the new code.
Whenever I generate a box all looks well except the front and back seem to be oversized (I think). I also can't edit the 'outlines' tool path which makes me think that maybe the format of a c2d file has changed slightly?
