Refactor

[x] Set up a new repository for data: Course Flowchart Data
[x] Move sources.js to python.
[x] Reorganize, clean, document sources.py.
[ ] Move data to SQL server and add SQL to fetch data into current repository.

Fix

[x] Some honor class did not get filter.
[x] Delete outermost 'and' should be done in a preprocessing function in js/ts.
