Added some feature and animation:- 1)Header rainbow trail animation 2)Login button scale on hover 3)Icy-tower img Shakes on hover 4)Icy-tower background of img is removed

P.S:- I am new to this ,my latest commit is final use that one ,"Added more style to home page".
