Soundflower will not install #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Soundflower would install and operate

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacBook Air OS X 10.7.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Download the installer, run installer, icon appears, when click on icon message 
"Soundflower Is Not Installed!!" Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several 
times, same result each time.

I get a "app can't be installed because developer is not recognized" - osx 
mavericks 131211.
