“Soundflower.pkg” is damaged #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. redownload 1.6.4
2. try to install
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect it to install and work. instead i get a window that says 
"“Soundflower.pkg” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should eject the 
disk image."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.6.4 on Mountain Lion 10.8
