Expired certificate #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download 1.6.6b
2. run installer
3. get expired certificate error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No output is expected for a certificate test.  Instead, there's an error saying 
the apple developer certificate has expired on Aug 1, 2013

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.6b on 10.8.4

Please provide any additional information below.
