lost SF 2ch on nativeinstruments #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open audio device in any nativeinstruments instrument (I have Komplete 7) 
and only 16 ch is available. I used to have the 2ch option too.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Both 2 and 16 should be available but only 16 ch is.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using 10.5.8 and the most recent update of all instruments in K7.
