Referral Bonuses #14

Full Disclosure we took out the Referral Bonuses perk because we feel that referrals at this point are expected from everyone on the founding team. Totally open to discussion on that point, but wanted to open an issue as a placeholder for when we do want to start offering Referral Bonuses to employees, specifically if we hire anyone with a lot of clout, visibility, or network power.

Personally not into referral bonuses. Doesn't seem like it creates the right motivation.

I'm not into referral bonuses either. I can see how at a much larger company (or a company where a lot of people are driven by money), it might mean that people would try harder to source candidates, but definitely shouldn't be needed at this stage, IMO.
