Project Trello Boards #20

Clef has a clause in their Internal Transparency doc that talks about public Trello boards for projects that go into more granular tasks. This lets people follow work and progress that is happening on a more granular level than OKRs (which are also public).

Thoughts on this? I feel like we could do a much better job at baking transparency into our work so that people can actually check in on what other people are up to, but without having it be perceived as accusatory or an attempt at evaluation. Zenhub has been the tool of choice instead of Trello for the product team and I'm super happy with how that's been working.

Interesting.. it could be really useful for our cooks to be able to see what we're expecting to work on, and to be able to give input.

I like how Zenhub's public board works.

Given that our OKRs are now being set at a team level, I'd say that some sort of team by team trello board for more granular organization and transparency is necessary.
