Add support for Android Digital Asset Links #67

This PR includes support for Android Digital Asset Link validation. This can now be done via both web app and CLI.

Web App: a new path for "/android" was added. The same UI was used for now. A simple navigation was added between the two.
CLI: a new command was added to validate digital asset links. You can now call yurl assetlink validate [domain].
