Update next 14.2.4 + jest + MUI #1017

What changes did you make?

Updates core next.js package from 13.5.1 -> 14.2.4 Updates Jest packages and MUI packages - updated now as errors were thrown by next.js updates

Why did you make the changes?

Next.js dependency was due to be updated, and the latest update to 13.5.1 in #1011 (required to stop intermittent tests failing) caused our dependabot CI alert to be triggered - 13.5.1 has vulnerabilites Updating to latest to ensure builds are not blocked and next.js version is low vulnerability
