Fix new auth flow #975

What changes did you make?

Adds state update to end user loading flow, as is in the LoginForm component Fixes useLoadUser rerendering causing userResourceIsSuccess to never be reached Fixes 'data' in response as this was now causing errors in vercel - unsure as to why these were thrown now

Why did you make the changes?

Tests were failing due to loading state not being completed
