What changes did you make?

Added a controller/api route for creating an event logger record. The event logger table stores important user events in the database, additionally to google analytics events.

New events added for LOGGED_IN LOGGED_OUT

Why did you make the changes?

To support new functionality related to tracking user activity - e.g. mailchimp email reminders relies on knowing last login date
