Upgrade Vue JS to 2.7 LTS #347

This updates our Vue.js version to 2.7.14 which is the supported LTS version (see https://v2.vuejs.org/lts/). My JavaScript foo isn't quite good enough to migrate to without a bit of learning on my part.

But overall I think this will last for a while.
