Overview

We need to configure issues templates to guide contributors through creating issues on Soul Medicine. Additionally this helps fulfill Community Standards for this repo.

Action Items

[ ] Use example issue templates from YSM as a template.
[ ] Configure issue templates on this repo (start with Blank, Feature Request, and Bug Report)
