Overview

We need to configure PR templates to guide contributors through submitting pull requests on Soul Medicine. Additionally this helps fulfill Community Standards for this repo.

Action Items

[ ] Research project-specific requirements before opening a PR on Soul Medicine.
[ ] Configure pull request templates.
