Description

Mining oreGem blocks from UnifiedItems loot entire ore block and a gem item. You can place the ore block and mine it again repeatedly, giving you infinite gems.

Expected behavior

Replicate the Vanilla mining mechanism of Coal, Diamond, Redstone, Lapis, Emerald ores with:

Gem loot instead of an Ore Block, unless the tool has a SilkTouch enchant.
Gives XP Orbs.
Account for enchantment to output more Gems and/or more XP Orbs.

Some other mod is modifying the behavior because they should only drop the ore. Could you give me a mod list so I can do some further testing?

The ore blocks should work as you expect in 1.5.1
