Choose CAS portal language from options #29

Since version 4 of CAS, it is possible to specify the language of the portal by passing the value in the URL (https://cas.server.edu/login?locale=fr) Do you think that it is possible to implement the choice of the portal language in the parameters of the "External Login" component?

Done. Will be present in 3.1.0 version.
