MapQuest route KO #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select MapQuest as route provider 
2. Enter a departure and a destination

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
=> No route

Reason is that MapQuest Open API now requires a valid API key (this was not 
mandatory until recently).

We must give the ability to specify the MapQuest API key.
