Whenever I'm using hires fix, the initial weights of the LoRAs is the one that is used. I even tried changing the step timing of the LoRAs inside hires fix's prompt to see if I would get a slightly different image, but nope, I get the same exact image. So it seems like this extension doesn't work with hires fix? I mean the base image is still affected by this extension, which in turn affects the hires image, but the hires process itself doesn't seem to work with this extension.
