Energy Charge does not match statement #12

Using the following export hourlyUsage4_9_2024_to_5_9_2024.csv (modified to combine the peak and off-peak columns), TOU calculation is $32.18. However the actual energy charge line item on the statement sums to $40.53.

Previous period (Mar-Apr) was much closer, calculated $31.90 vs statement $32.34 hourlyUsage3_10_2024_to_4_8_2024.csv
