Where "knuckle to wrist ratio" is the (cross knuckle distance)/(cross wrist distance) from the unit size CAD model.
For clarity, the script should also ask explicitly for the "affected" knuckle and wrist measurments.
When the hands were generated, they were mainly taken from the affected hand, cross-knuckle measurement; except where the user had very similar affected knuckle and affected-side wrist measurements when the size was chosen to be closer to the unaffected cross-knuckle dimension.
As I understand, many of the undersized prints were where the wrist joint of the Raptor was too small for the user. By including affected wrist size in the
scale_hand
script, the wrist size could be used as a lower limit for sizing (once the default distance is checked).Including input for the affected and non-affected cross-knuckle measurements would mean neither would be mixed up, and that the generated models would all use the same criteria.
