Many of the prints were too small #83

When the hands were generated, they were mainly taken from the affected hand, cross-knuckle measurement; except where the user had very similar affected knuckle and affected-side wrist measurements when the size was chosen to be closer to the unaffected cross-knuckle dimension.

As I understand, many of the undersized prints were where the wrist joint of the Raptor was too small for the user. By including affected wrist size in the scale_hand script, the wrist size could be used as a lower limit for sizing (once the default distance is checked).

Including input for the affected and non-affected cross-knuckle measurements would mean neither would be mixed up, and that the generated models would all use the same criteria.

so that plan is to:

Where "knuckle to wrist ratio" is the (cross knuckle distance)/(cross wrist distance) from the unit size CAD model.

For clarity, the script should also ask explicitly for the "affected" knuckle and wrist measurments.
