Updated example output for README and added new demo

Changed the example output so that it's updated to account for the new way of MD we've implemented and added an updated GIF running the demo.

An issues I came across:

• the copy pasting the languages part of the project creates the following:

As you can see there's extra <> tags which broke the MD code.
