Updates to BetterSADX_version #9

~1. Add "WindowTitle=BetterSADX 4.1" to mod.ini so it changes the window title to that.~

  1. Change Title Screen Version Texture again.

nevermind the window title change- it'd be best to leave it default to maintain compatibility with fusion's chao editor.
